You return your used consumables to us using a special ECOBOX, in which you place your used cartridges. We collect them and send them to our facilities, where each cartridge is remanufactured and nothing ends up in landfill, in line with the principles of the circular economy.
The service is free of charge and is reserved exclusively for Fujifilm business customers, and only for original Fujifilm brand toner cartridges.
Click on the button below and you will be redirected to the BERG portal, where you can fill in the ECOBOX recovery request form.
If you do not yet have an ECOBOX, you can request one by writing to ufficio.ordini_ffit@fujifilm.com, with the subject line “Fujifilm Italia Cartridge Collection”, and providing the following information: company name, VAT number, full address and number of ECOBOXES required.
You will be contacted by telephone by the Berg collection service, which will arrange a date with you for the ECOBOX to be collected from your offices.
During collection, the transporter will apply a barcode label to the ECOBOX to track the waste correctly.
You will also be given a copy of the Waste Identification Form (WIF), in accordance with current legislation.
Once the waste arrives at the treatment centre, you will receive the final copy of the WIF as required by law.
At the time of collection, you will receive a new replacement ECOBOX.

* Currently, used toner cartridges from Fujifilm office printers are collected on the market. A specific selection of cartridges is sent to our plant for refilling, while the others are destined for disposal. At this stage, the materials are carefully separated into plastic, metal, residual toner and other components in order to recover all raw and secondary materials, which are then reintegrated into the production cycles.
