On the occasion of FUJIFLM’s 90th anniversary, I am excited to announce that as of 1st April 2024, FUJIFILM Italia S.p.A. (Milan, Italy) has been restructured into two companies - FUJIFILM Healthcare Italia S.p.A., and FUJIFILM Italia S.p.A.
This strategic transformation aims to vertically integrate our professional talent, assets, and investment to achieve long-term growth in the Healthcare sector, and B2B and B2C sectors such as Digital Printing and Imaging Solutions.
- Mr. Davide Campari, Managing Director of FUJIFILM Healthcare Italia S.p.A., will lead the company and execute FUJIFILM Healthcare's global strategy in Italy. Davide will enhance FUJIFILM's presence in the healthcare industry by delivering value to our customers and patients with a unique solution ranging from Endoscopy, Medical Informatics, Ultrasound, IVD, X-ray modality, and CT/MR.
- Mr. Guglielmo Allogisi, Chief Operating Officer (Direttore Generale) of FUJIFILM Italia S.p.A., will drive growth with a diversified business portfolio across Graphic Communication, Device Technology, Photo Imaging, Digital Imaging, Optical Device, Industry Products, and Life Sciences.
- Mr. Fabio Santambrogio, the Corporate General Manager of FUJIFILM Italia S.p.A., will lead the corporate management and provide corporate service to the two companies. Fabio will also drive Digital Transformation (DX), Human Capital Development, and ESG strategies across the two companies to ensure long-term growth.
As Chairman of the Board of Directors, I will be committed to delivering value to our customers, employees, and shareholders through the two companies. First and foremost, I will align the operations with FUJIFILM's worldwide mid/long-term business strategy, fulfilling our purpose as FUJIFILM group. I will ensure the corporate governance and financial disciplines comply with the FUJIFILM group policy as well as Italian law. Mr. Davide Torre, the secretary of the Board of Directors as well as the Statutory Board, will assist me in fulfilling my duty.
- Through the past 14 years, we have grown to a 200-million-euro company, attributed to every employee's effort, good teamwork, and sincere communication with customers.
I am proud of our new leadership team who are recognized by the top management of the FUJIFILM group as well as various stakeholders. This leadership team demonstrated FUJIFILM’s commitment to Italian customers, communities, and employees.
