The FUJIFILM Dimatix STARFIRE SG1024 A-Series printheads have resolutions up to 400 dpi, with drop sizes ranging from 6 to 200pL using 1024 individually addressable jets. Single and two-channel options are available.
The A-Series features compact, self-contained units built to withstand demanding applications. It uses field proven materials to deliver consistent output over a long service life.
Using REDIJET® ink recirculation, ink is always moving throughout the A-Series printheads. That means printheads are always ready to print, giving users improved startup and restart time and optimized image quality.
Fujifilm printheads are built with VersaDrop technology, allowing multiple drop sizes in binary and greyscale modes from one printhead. Different drop sizes can arrive at the substrate simultaneously.
The A-Series printheads are equipped with a single replaceable metal nozzle plate that is designed to withstand abrasion and resist damage. These units are compatible with solvent, UV-curable and aqueous ink formulations.
