Our Commitment to Privacy

FUJIFILM cares about your privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and its direct U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates listed here (collectively referred to herein as “FUJIFILM” or “we”).

This Privacy Notice describes our privacy practices in relation to the use of our websites, applications, affiliated sites, services, programs, and other interactions with us, whether online or offline, including attendance at events and marketing activities and use of our Managed Photo Service platform (our “Services”), and will help you better understand our privacy practices and the choices you can make about the way your personal information (“Personal Information”) is collected and used. This Policy is part of our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use our Services.

This Privacy Notice is effective as of August 2026.

The Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect from visitors to FUJIFILM’s Services helps us improve our Services and provide better service to you. We collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store Personal Information (such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone, and fax numbers) when needed to provide our services and for our operational and business purposes as described in this Privacy Notice. We want to be clear about our privacy practices so that you can make informed choices about the use of your information.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of Personal Information about consumers:

  • Identifiers, such as your contact information (including your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number), alias, unique personal identifier, social media identifiers, and authentication information you create (such as account username and password);
  • Financial information, such as debit or credit card number, account number, or bank account number;
  • Demographic information, such as age and gender;
  • Commercial information and preferences, such as records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, payment information and transaction history, and other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies. This may also include payment method, device serial number, and information about returns, shipping, and customer service interactions;
  • Geolocation data, such as any location shared with us that is more granular than a city or town;
  • Internet or other similar network activity, such as browsing history and type, operating system, page views, traffic to and from our Services, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with our Services;
  • Audio, visual, electronic, and similar information, such as recordings of your calls or chats with us, emails, photos that you may upload or give us access to via our Managed Photo Service platform, posts, reviews, or other comments you provide. For example, if you contact us using chat, messaging apps, or social media, the content of the conversation may be monitored or recorded by us or our service providers;
  • Inferences drawn from other Personal Information, such as a profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitude drawn from purchase or browsing history; and
  • Sensitive Personal Information, which (depending on the applicable law) may include the following: precise geolocation data.
Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies

When you visit our Services, we collect some information automatically through technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (collectively "Cookies").

What are cookies and web beacons / pixel tags? A cookie is a small text file that our Platform saves onto your computer or device when you use the Platform, that provides us with certain information about your activities. Cookies allow the Platform to remember your actions and preferences, and recognize you or your browser, along with some information you provided. Web beacons/pixel tags are small graphics on a webpage that monitor your activity when viewing a webpage.

We enable Cookies to:

  • make our Services function properly;
  • provide personalized experiences;
  • tailor our interactions with you;
  • help with our marketing efforts; and
  • provide us with valuable data and statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Services and to help us improve them.

The Cookies on our Services may collect information such as: • IP addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use;

  • your internet service provider;
  • device ID number;
  • approximate geographic location;
  • browser type;
  • Platform pages visited;
  • websites or applications you access before and after visiting the Services; and
  • data related to how and when you use the Services.

A Cookie can either be a “session” Cookie or a “persistent” Cookie. Session Cookies exist only for so long as you are visiting the applicable Platform and are typically deleted when you exit your web browser. Persistent Cookies exist for a set period of time, for example, up to several months or years. Each time you visit our website or other portion of the Services that has implemented a persistent Cookie, the persistent Cookie is renewed and that Cookie will remain active until its predetermined expiration date. You can manually delete persistent Cookies through your browser settings.

Cookies may either be “first-party” or “third-party” Cookies. A first-party Cookie allows your web browser to talk to the actual website that you are visiting. A third-party Cookie allows your web browser to talk to a third-party website, such as the source of an ad that appears on the website you are visiting or a third-party analytics provider. We may not have control over how a third-party uses information collected through third-party Cookies.

You may be able to set certain cookie preferences via your browser or device settings. Further, depending on your place of residence, you may have the right to opt out of certain Cookies. Please note that not all features or functions of the Services may work properly if you disable Cookies. You cannot disable all Cookies, such as Cookies that are essential to the functioning of the Services.

Google Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to collect and process information about your use of the Services. Google uses this information to provide us with reports that we use to better understand and measure how users interact with our Services. Third-Party Platforms. Our Services may also allow you to connect and share data with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, and Google. These features may require us to enable Cookies, plug-ins, and APIs provided by such Social Media platforms to facilitate those communications and features, and we may disclose your Personal Information to those entities if you direct us to do so, such as via an option we may provide to you, or by intentionally interacting with one of these third-party features available on our websites. Any user who wishes to share content in this manner must have already provided login credentials to the third-party site. We do not collect any user login information for third-party sites. Your use of Social Media platforms, and any content (including personal data) you share with Social Media platforms, is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the providers that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms.

Your Photos

FUJIFILM values the trust you put in us when you share or upload content, including photos and images, that may include Personal Information about you or others. We use your photos and images, and “image data” captured by your image capture device, for order fulfillment and delivery, to enhance algorithms and analytics to improve our products and services, to provide personalized product recommendations, to enhance your user experience, for data analytics, and for marketing purposes. We may disclose your photos or images, and related image data, within the FUJIFILM Group and service providers, and with third-party business partners when you direct us to do so, for these purposes. We do not use your photos or images in public advertisements, although they may be incorporated into product recommendations we provide to you. Photos and images are retained as appropriate to provide services to you and for our business and legal purposes, as described in the “How Long We Keep Personal Information” section, below.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We process Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • Provision of requested services, such as operating the Services, processing and fulfilling orders for products or services, responding to inquiries, processing payment, and facilitating delivery.
  • Account creation and management for services and products, such as to set up and administer your account, provide customer support and training, respond to inquiries about FUJIFILM products, services, and events, send important account and service information, and allow us to communicate with you.
  • For product registration and warranty purposes, such as to process warranty claims and communicate with you about your FUJIFILM products.
  • To enhance algorithms and analytics to improve our products and services, provide personalized product recommendations, analyze the quality and success of our marketing efforts, and enhance your user experience.
  • For marketing purposes, such as to send marketing communications to you, such as via email, phone, text messaging, direct mail, and online. We may obtain consent from you prior to sending you certain marketing communications, where required by law.
  • For market research purposes, such as if you participate in a survey or poll relating to FUJIFILM products or services.
  • To communicate with you, including relevant newsletters, promotions including contest and sweepstakes, event registrations, account information, and product and service information, including from affiliates.
  • To monitor and maintain the security and functionality of Fujifilm systems.
  • To review and process job applications and communicate with our job applicants during the recruitment process regarding potential careers at FUJIFILM.
  • For compliance and legal obligations, and to exercise our legal rights. For example, this may include use and retention of Personal Information for legal and compliance reasons, such as the prevention, detection, or investigation of a crime, loss prevention, or to combat fraud. We may also use Personal Information to meet our internal and external audit requirements, for information security purposes, and as we otherwise believe to be necessary or appropriate, including (but not limited to): (a) under applicable law, which may include laws outside your country of residence; (b) to respond to requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, and other public and government authorities, which may include such authorities outside your country of residence; (c) to enforce terms and conditions; and (d) to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or those of other persons.

In addition to the purposes listed above, we may aggregate or de-identify any of the categories of Personal Information we collect. When we do so, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the information cannot be associated with a consumer or household, and we maintain and use the information in de-identified and/or aggregated form. We will not attempt to re-identify the information, except that we may attempt to re-identify the information solely for the purpose of determining whether our deidentification processes satisfy applicable legal requirements. After it has been de-identified, the information is no longer Personal Information and is not subject to this Privacy Notice. We may disclose aggregated and/or de-identified information to our vendors, other companies within our family of businesses, and to third parties for our business operational purposes and for any other purposes permitted by applicable law.

We also do not process Personal Information for purposes of profiling or to engage in automated decision making in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (which means a decision that results in the provision or denial of financial or lending services, housing, insurance, education enrollment or opportunity, criminal justice, employment opportunities, health-care services, or access to essential goods or services).

Sources of Personal Information

We collect Personal Information from the following sources:

  • Directly from customers, such as from forms submitted on FUJIFILM’s Services for product warranty and registration, to contact us, or to provide feedback to us; for photo printing and personalized photo product fulfillment; for provision of our products and services to you; to process transactions; for customer service transactions with the service center; for entries into sweepstakes and contests; and for job applications.
  • From vendors and third parties when they provide Personal Information to us, including when you direct them to disclose your Personal Information to us. This may include receipt of Personal Information from:
    • Service providers, when they provide Personal Information to us in connection with the services they provide to us.
    • Third-party platforms, such as social networks.
    • Cookie providers, such as technology partners that collect website usage details using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies for advertising, analytics, and other purposes.
    • Third-party business partners, such as retail stores or website marketing partners. For example, when you use our Managed Photo Service platform, we may collect Personal Information about you, including login information and photos, when you direct Google Photos to disclose that information to us.
    • Third-party data resellers, such as through contact lists that FUJIFILM purchased or rented for purposes of sending marketing-type communications.
When and To Whom We Disclose Personal Information

We disclose Personal Information in the following contexts:

  • Within FUJIFILM and the FUJIFILM Group. FUJIFILM is supported by a variety of global teams and functions situated in other organizations within the FUJIFILM Group. Personal Information may be disclosed within and amongst FUJIFILM and with the FUJIFILM Group if needed to provide services or fulfill product orders, for account administration, to facilitate sales and marketing, for customer and technical support, and to promote business and product development.   • To our business partners. We occasionally partner with other organizations to deliver co-branded services and products, or to host events, conferences, and/or seminars. FUJIFILM will handle Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of our business partners to learn more about how they collect, use, and disclose Personal Information.
  • To our service providers. We may disclose your Personal Information to our service providers who perform services on our behalf. We implement contractual restrictions to ensure our service providers do not disclose or use Personal Information we make available to them for purposes other than to fulfill their obligations to FUJIFILM.
  • To third party marketing and analytics providers. We may disclose your Personal Information to third party marketing and advertising and analytics providers who may process Personal Information for their own purposes. This primarily includes disclosures of IP addresses and related web browsing information via Cookies.
  • At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose your Personal Information to any third party at your direction or with your consent.
  • With third parties for legal reasons. We will disclose Personal Information when we believe that doing so is appropriate or required for compliance with applicable law, such as:
    • Under applicable law or by legal process such as a court order.
    • To prevent physical harm or property damage, and to protect our rights, users, systems, and services.
    • As part of an investigation of suspected or actual unlawful conduct.
    • To comply with and respond to requests from government agencies, including law enforcement and other public authorities, which may include such authorities outside your country of residence.
    • In the event of a merger, sale, restructure, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).
Where We Store and Process Personal Information

As part of the FUJIFILM Group, FUJIFILM belongs to a global organization that has networks, databases, servers, systems, support, help desks, third-party cloud hosting services, suppliers, and technology support in locations throughout the world. To service the needs of the business, workforce, and customers of FUJIFILM, Personal Information may be disclosed among FUJIFILM and with the wider FUJIFILM Group. FUJIFILM, as data controller of Personal Information collected on our Services, takes appropriate steps to ensure that the Personal Information it collects is processed, secured, and transferred in accordance with this Privacy Notice and requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Sites

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites that are not under the control of, or maintained by, FUJIFILM. We do not control and we are not responsible for the content, security, privacy policies, or operation of third party sites. Further, if you opt to engage in transactions on third-party sites that may be linked within our Services, such as purchases or promotions, we are not responsible for those third-party sites’ processing of your information, and you must deal with the third-party operators of such sites if any issues arise. When visiting any third-party site, we suggest that you routinely review the applicable privacy policy or statement and other posted terms and conditions to understand your rights and options.

How We Secure Personal Information

FUJIFILM takes the security of Personal Information it collects and retains seriously. We are committed to safeguarding it and protecting against unauthorized access to, or use of, our information assets and any other anticipated threats or hazards to the security and integrity of such assets. Unfortunately, however, no website, server, or database is completely secure or "hacker proof." We therefore cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will not be disclosed, misused, or lost by accident or by the unauthorized acts of others. Measures we take to safeguard Personal Information include appropriate policies and procedures to address risk management, appropriate restrictions on access to Personal Information, monitoring and physical measures for the secure storage and transfer of Personal Information, training for employees and contractors with access to Personal Information, and vendor risk management requiring contractual obligations to protect any Personal Information with which they are entrusted in accordance with our security policies and procedures. How Long We Keep Personal Information

FUJIFILM handles retention of Personal Information based upon a classification scheme consisting of business functions and process areas, and the classification and types of data and records. We retain Personal Information for as long as we reasonably require it for business and legal purposes. In determining data retention periods, FUJIFILM considers contractual and legal obligations, and the expectations and requirements of customers, vendors, suppliers, and others who disclose personal data to us. When we no longer need Personal Information, we securely delete or destroy it.

Children’s Personal Information

Our Services are intended for general audiences and as such do not intentionally solicit or knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18 not in accordance with applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete that Personal Information. Special Notice for California and Other U.S. State Residents

This section supplements the information above and applies to California residents and to residents of other U.S. states with state comprehensive privacy laws that apply to FUJIFILM.

FUJIFILM does not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those permitted by the California Consumer Privacy Act’s (“CCPA”) regulations.

FUJIFILM will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice to the consumer, unless required or permitted by applicable laws.

Retention of Personal Information

As mentioned above in this Privacy Notice, FUJIFILM handles retention of Personal Information based upon a classification scheme consisting of business functions and process areas, and the classification and types of data and records. We retain Personal Information for as long as we reasonably require it for business and legal purposes. In determining data retention periods, FUJIFILM considers contractual and legal obligations, and the expectations and requirements of customers, vendors, suppliers and others who disclose their Personal Information to us. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We sell, share, and process for targeted advertising purposes Internet and other similar network activity information, such as online browsing history and interactions with our websites or advertisements, and we have sold, shared, and processed for targeted advertising this category of Personal Information in the past 12 months. We sell, share, and process for targeted advertising this category of Personal Information to marketing and analytics providers to analyze and better understand consumers’ needs, preferences, and interests, and to advertise and promote our products and services. You have the right to opt out of the sale, sharing, and processing for targeted advertising of your Personal Information, and you can do so by visiting our Privacy Preference Center and clicking “Reject All.”

Additionally, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share Personal Information of consumers who are under 16 years of age.

Your Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, and depending on your state of residence, you may be entitled to the following rights:

  • Rights that Require Verification. You may exercise the data subject rights below via our privacy webform or by calling FUJIFILM toll free at (844) 901-2001 and submitting details regarding your request. Depending on your state of residence, you may be permitted to authorize an agent to make data subject requests on your behalf. In such instances, authorized agents may use the same methods as you to submit the requests on your behalf. To verify your identity and protect your Personal Information, we may ask the requestor to provide information that will enable us to verify your identity in order to comply with your data subject request, such as asking your agent to provide proof of signed permission from you, or asking you to confirm with us directly that you provided the agent with permission to submit the request. In some instances, we may decline to honor your request if an exception applies under applicable law. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.
    • Right to Know/Confirm. You may have the right to know the following details about our privacy practices at or before the point of collection and confirm whether or not we are processing Personal Information about you. We have provided such information in this Privacy Notice. You may also request that we provide you with information about the following aspects of how we have handled your Personal Information:
      • The categories of Personal Information we have collected about you;
      • The categories of sources from which we collected such Personal Information;
      • The business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information about you;
      • The categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such Personal Information;
      • The categories of Personal Information about you that we have disclosed to third parties for a business purpose;
      • The categories of Personal Information about you that we sold or shared, and the categories of third parties to whom we sold or shared such Personal Information;
      • If we collect Sensitive Personal Information, the categories of Sensitive Personal Information to be collected, the purposes for which it is collected or used, and whether that information is sold or shared;
      • The length of time we intend to retain each category of Personal Information, or if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; and
      • For Minnesota and Oregon residents, you have the right to obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed Personal Information.
    • Right to Deletion. Subject to certain conditions, you may be entitled to request that we delete Personal Information that we collected from or about you, depending on your state of residence.
    • Right to Correction. You may be entitled to request that we correct Personal Information you believe to be inaccurate.
    • Right to Access Specific Pieces of Personal Information and Data Portability. You may have the right to obtain the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the Personal Information to another entity without hindrance. You may not exercise this right more than two times in a calendar year.
    • Please note that we may not be required to comply with your request if a relevant exemption applies under applicable law. We will review and process your request in accordance with applicable law.
  • Rights that Do Not Require Verification.
    • Right to Opt-Out of the Sale, Sharing, and Use of Your Personal Information for Targeted Advertising. You have the right to opt out of the sale, sharing, and use of your Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes. You can opt out of the sale, sharing, and processing for targeted advertising of your Personal Information by visiting our Privacy Preference Center and clicking “Reject All.”
    • Right to Withdraw Consent. If we have obtained your consent for processing of sensitive personal information about you, you have the right to withdraw that consent. You can do so via our privacy webform or by calling FUJIFILM toll free at (844) 901-2001 and submitting details regarding your request.
  • Other Rights.
    • Right Against Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated or retaliated against for exercise of your privacy rights. FUJIFILM will not discriminate against an individual for exercising any rights under applicable privacy law.
    • Right to Appeal. Residents of certain states have the right to appeal our decisions on their data subject requests. To appeal our decision on your data subject request, you may contact us via our privacy webform. We will respond to your appeal in accordance with applicable law.
  • Opt-Out Preference Signals. We recognize opt-out preference signals that we are required to recognize for compliance with applicable law. Where required by U.S. Privacy Laws, we treat such opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt-out of sale, sharing, and processing for purposes of targeted advertising, as applicable, for the browser or device through which the signal is sent and any consumer profile we have associated with that browser or device, including pseudonymous profiles. Further, if we know the identity of the consumer from the opt-out preference signal, we will also treat the opt-out preference signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for such consumer. Consumers may use opt-out preference signals by downloading or otherwise activating them for use on supported browsers and setting them to send opt-out preference signals to websites they visit. Please note, however, that our websites do not currently respond to the “Do Not Track” signal.
Other Disclosures
  • Residents Under Age 18. If you are under the age of 18 and a registered user of our website, you may ask us to remove content or data that you have posted to the website by writing to HLUS-dataprivacy@fujifilm.com. Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or data as, for example, some of your content or data may have been reposted by another user.
  • Direct Marketing. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to annually request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to other entities for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose to third parties for their own marketing purposes the categories of Personal Information listed in California’s “Shine the Light” law, such as names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
  • Financial Incentives & Bona Fide Loyalty Programs for California and Colorado Consumers. If and when we provide financial incentives to California consumers or bona fide loyalty programs to Colorado consumers who allow us to collect, retain, sell, or share their Personal Information, we will provide relevant disclosures to consumers who sign up for those incentives/programs.
  • Disclosure for Nevada Consumers. We may sell “Covered Information” as defined under Nevada law, but we generally do not disclose or share “Personal Information” as defined under Nevada law for commercial purposes. Under Nevada law, you have the right to direct us to not sell your Covered Information to third parties, as defined under Nevada law. Collection of Personal Information

(a) your consent is given in advance;

(b) it is necessary to provide you with our services, including in particular, sending of marketing communications, providing customer service, supporting our marketing and product distribution, or operating our systems or applications. These companies are authorized to use your Personal Information only as necessary to provide these services;

(c) Personal Information may be disclosed to the FUJIFILM group if needed to provide services or fulfill product orders, for account administration, to facilitate sales and marketing, for customer and technical support, and to promote business and product development. (e) our business is assigned or transferred either by operation in law or otherwise including mergers, consolidations and dissolution or transfer of operations;

(f) your Personal Information disclosure is required by applicable laws and regulations or such disclosure is otherwise necessary in support of any criminal or other legal investigation or proceeding conducted by relevant authorities; or

(g) there is an immediate need for disclosure to protect human life or human rights.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer the Personal Information we collect to and store such information in other countries which may have different privacy or data protection laws than the country in which the information was provided.

This means that your Personal Information also may be transferred to and/or processed by FUJIFILM entities or (on their behalf) by service providers outside the EU or the EEA. The data protection regulation in the relevant countries where your Personal Information is collected or processed might deviate from the level of protection granted by legislation in the EU/EEA. However, FUJIFILM will ensure the adequate protection of your Personal Information in accordance with the applicable laws and the principles set out herein. For example, in contexts where we transfer Personal Information collected in the EU/EEA to a country for which the European Commission has not granted an adequacy determination, we generally rely on standard contractual clauses (EU SCCs) adopted by the European Commission, in conjunction with appropriate technical and organizational measures. Your Rights Relating to your Personal Information under the GDPR

You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal Information, to restrict processing of your Personal Information, to object to such processing and to exercise your right to data portability in accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws. To the extent we rely on consent as our legal basis for processing your Personal Information, you also have the right to withdraw your consent for such processing. If you do so, your withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws if you consider that the processing of Personal Information relating to you infringes the GDPR. For this purpose, you can contact in particular the supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence or the place of the alleged infringement. Special Notice for Residents in the UK

For data subjects residing in the United Kingdom of Great Britain ant Northern Ireland (“UK”), the Special Notice for EU/EEA Residents applies with the following amendments:

  • References to “GDPR” are replaced by “UK GDPR”.
  • The section 2.4. of the Special Notice for EU/EEA Residents reads as follows:

"We may transfer the Personal Information we collect to and store such information in other countries which may have different privacy or data protection laws than the country in which the information was provided.

  • The section 3 of the Special Notice for EU/EEA Residents reads as follows:

Special Notice for Canadian Residents

This section supplements the information above and applies solely to residents of Canada whose personal information is subject to applicable Canadian privacy laws. In case of any discrepancies between this Supplemental Privacy Notice and the main body of the Privacy Policy, this Supplemental Privacy Notice shall prevail. Transfers of your Personal Information

The recipients of your personal information may be located outside of your province or territory of residence. FUJIFILM will take all necessary measures to ensure that transfers of personal information outside of your province or territory of residence only happen in accordance with applicable law. However, please note that your personal information will be processed and stored in foreign jurisdictions and that, as a result, governments, courts, law enforcement or regulatory agencies may be able to access or obtain disclosure of your personal information pursuant to the laws applicable in these jurisdictions.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, Canadian privacy laws provide Canadian users with additional rights regarding their personal information. This section describes Canadian users’ additional rights and explains how to exercise them.

  • Access. Upon written request to our Privacy Officer and authentication of identity, we will provide you with a copy of ‎‎your personal ‎information under our control. We will also give you information about the ways in ‎‎which that information is being ‎used and a description of the individuals and organizations to ‎‎whom that information has been disclosed. If appropriate, we will send the amended information to third parties to ‎whom the ‎information has been disclosed.‎ When a challenge regarding the accuracy of personal information is not resolved ‎to your ‎satisfaction, we will annotate the personal information under our control with a note that the ‎correction was ‎requested but not made.‎
  • Withdrawal of consent. You may withdraw your consent to our use or communication of your personal information at any time, subject to legal, contractual and other restrictions, provided ‎that you give ‎reasonable notice of withdrawal of consent to us. On receipt of notice of withdrawal ‎of consent, we will inform you ‎of the likely consequences of the withdrawal of consent, which ‎may include the inability of us to provide certain ‎services for which that information is necessary. You may instruct us to refrain from sharing your personal information in any way that is not required ‎for us to ‎provide products or services to you. We will not refuse you access to any product or service ‎merely because you ‎have advised us to stop sharing your personal information in any way ‎that is not required for the Services.‎

Retention and Destruction

FUJIFILM handles retention of Personal Information based upon a classification scheme consisting of business functions and process areas, and the classification and types of data and records. We retain Personal Information for as long as we reasonably require it for business and legal purposes. In determining data retention periods, FUJIFILM considers contractual and legal obligations, and the expectations and requirements of customers, vendors, suppliers, and others who disclose personal data to us. When we no longer need Personal Information, we securely delete or destroy it.

Residents of Quebec

If you are a resident of the province of Québec, applicable privacy laws provide you with certain additional rights regarding your personal information. These rights are in addition to the rights generally available to Canadian residents and described above, which also apply to Quebec residents.

  • Portability. You can ask for a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used technological format. You can also request that we transmit the data to another third party you designate, where technically feasible.
  • De-indexation. You have the right to request, in certain circumstances, that we cease disseminating your personal information or to de-index any hyperlink that allows access to that personal information by technological means.
