The FUJIFILM Dimatix STARFIRE® SG1024 C-Series printheads have resolutions up to 400 dpi, with drop sizes ranging from 6 to 200 picoliters using 1024 individually addressable jets. Single and two-channel options are available.
The C-Series features high ink laydown, with up to 50 grams per square meter* at production speed during demanding ceramic tile decoration.
Using REDIJET® ink recirculation, ink is always moving throughout the C-Series printheads. That means printheads are always ready to print, giving users improved startup and restart time and optimized image quality. There are additional options for high flow ink recirculation for inks and glazes that need them.
Fujifilm printheads are built with VersaDrop technology, allowing multiple drop sizes in binary and greyscale modes from one printhead. Different drop sizes can arrive at the substrate simultaneously.
The C-Series printheads are built to with a robust, repairable design for cost effective maintenance and support. These units are compatible with multiple ink types, including oil- and solvent-based ceramic inks.
