Overview
The FUJIFILM 12K Printbar System can add digital printing capability to a wide variety of production equipment, such as packaging lines.
The FUJIFILM 12K Printbar System can also help digitize analog printing presses.
The FUJIFILM 12K Printbar System is a turnkey digital inkjet printing system for installation onto your analog printing press or other production line equipment. It is most commonly used for adding variable data to analog pre-printed shells (imprinting) or can be used to add digital print capability when changing printing-plates is not practical for short runs. It has a print width of 5 inches (127 mm) and provides 1200 DPI 4-color inkjet print.

The printbars occupy only 21 inches (53.3 cm) in the print-process direction. Small size means digital inkjet printing can be added to many types of production lines.

Compared with most legacy continuous inkjet printing solutions, the FUJIFILM 12K Printbar System does not require printbar refurbishment, which avoids the need to maintain spare part inventory and frequently swapping printbars into and out of service.
Fujifilm’s add-on and imprinting solutions are key ingredients for digitizing conventional print system equipment to enable high-quality inkjet printing.
