Falkbuilt Booth Immerses Visitors with FUJIFILM FP-ZUH6000 at HCD 2025

At the Healthcare Design (HCD) Conference and Expo 2025 in Kansas City, Missouri, FUJIFILM Z Series projectors transform the Falkbuilt booth into an immersive space for eager visitors

Falkbuilt is a next-generation construction solutions company that combines digital design with interior construction. From October 25 to 28 at Healthcare Design (HCD) Conference and Expo 2025 in Kansas City, Missouri, Falkbuilt made exciting efforts to show designers and architects how digital component construction is addressing challenges in healthcare environments. Central to its booth installation was a suite of FUJIFILM Z Series projectors, there to bring the brand’s ideas to life with true immersion.

An Immersive Space That Aids Collaborative Decision Making

Marking Falkbuilt’s sixth appearance at HCD, this year’s booth focused on creating a space for teams to visualize healthcare designs collectively. In the past, Falkbuilt has relied heavily on headsets to provide an immersive experience for visitors, but this year’s curved-wall projection showcased a more natural and inclusive decision-making space. “For Falkbuilt, the benefit of a space like this is that it allows our clients to feel fully immersed in their design and make decisions a lot faster,” says Andy Nolloth of Falkbuilt.

For the 2025 installation, Falkbuilt set out to go beyond the three-flat-wall structure used in the previous year’s booth. This plan led to the installation of an 84x300in peripheral display, designed to impress the thousands of visitors passing by at the event. Three FUJIFILM FP-ZUH6000 Z Series projectors were mounted to the ceiling, with approximately two feet between each. The two end projectors were then positioned at 45° to align with the unusual curvature of the display. From six feet away, the floor-to-ceiling projection wrapped around visitors to pull them into Falkbuilt’s world of digital construction.

An Innovative Solution for Small Spaces

Three FP-ZUH6000 projectors were used for portrait projection.

With visitors getting up close to the projection in the compact expo booth, delivering high-resolution imagery was essential. This proximity, in addition to the curvature of the display, made it vital to maintain a clear and uninterrupted projection.
The projectors were the ideal solution for Falkbuilt’s booth. As visitors approached the display, the versatile mounting options ensured there were no shadows on the wall. The flexibility of FP-ZUH6000 projectors meant they could be laid flat while using the 360° lens to project in portrait orientation, maximizing the use of the limited space.
Made for immersive viewing, the ultra-short-throw lens design of FP-ZUH6000 guaranteed stunningly clear images, with visitors complimenting the ability to stand close to the screen. All three projectors were powered, blended, and calibrated using Igloo Vision’s technology, including its Igloo Core Engine software, which enabled the content to be displayed as a unified experience. By deploying high-quality 4K projectors, Falkbuilt showcased the colors, details, and finishes of its designs with complete clarity and accuracy.

Going Beyond a Booth

The Falkbuilt booth demonstrated how FP-ZUH6000 Z Series projectors can deliver a captivating, immersive display on a busy tradeshow floor. By combining ultra-short-throw projection, a high-quality 4K image, and flexible installation options, FP-ZUH6000 allowed visitors to fully appreciate Falkbuilt’s design concepts.

More than a visual display, this booth was a space where visitors could connect with designs naturally. They could feel as if they were in the space, allowing them to make critical decisions in the moment. With the help of FP-ZUH6000, Falkbuilt’s booth proved that immersive projection can turn a tradeshow booth into an unforgettable customer experience.
