Cleaning and capping module

The cleaning/capping module is specially designed with precision engineered components to help maintain optimal image quality throughout the life of the 46kUV product.

At the touch of a button only once per shift, the cleaning/ capping module cleans the printhead nozzle plate to address misdirected or lost nozzles.

Variable-Data Print File Creation with 3IC from Fujifilm

3IC is a lightweight, variable-data printing composition application that comes as an option on the FUJIFILM 46kUV Inkjet Printbar. 3IC runs on the print controller for convenient access.

It is designed for simplicity and ease-of-use when small jobs need to be set up quickly on the pressroom floor. For simple variable-data jobs, 3IC eliminates the need to transfer files between applications.
