Fuji Xerox Announces Management Changes

TOKYO, March 25, 2021 – Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. announces the following appointments of chairman, president and CEO, representative directors and a new director, as well as changes in the duties of its corporate officers as decided at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 17, 2021.

Please note that Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. will be changing its name to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. on April 1, 2021.
