FUJIFILM Business Innovation Announces Top Management Changes

TOKYO, March 16, 2022 - FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. announces the following appointments of directors as well as changes in the duties of its corporate officers as decided at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today.

Appointments of directors and changes in the dutiesof corporate officers, effective April 1, 2022 (new duties are underlined):
