SUPERIA LH-PJ

Fujifilm’s LH-PJ plate is designed to work with a revolutionary intelligent "ZAC" enabled processing technology, which greatly improves plate production speed and consistency and eliminates overreplenishment in controlling process activity. With the FLH-Z processor, LH-PJ plates are always processed under optimal conditions.

SUPERIA LH-PL

The triumvirate of LH-PJ, LH-PL, and Ecomaxx-T long-, medium- and short-run plates possesses Fujifilm's proprietary MultiGrain surface treatment technology, which gives each of these plates enhanced durability and remarkable ink/water balance on press, translating into faster, cleaner roll-up and faster restarts for decreased makeready time and waste.

The Superia LH-PL plate boasts the same features and printing characteristics as the renowned LH-PJ plate, with the added capability of extended run lengths (up to 600,000 impressions) without baking. This plate is also processed through the same FLH-Z processor and with the same chemicals used with the Superia LH-PJ medium run plate, giving you the added flexibility of changing plates without changing developer.

The SUPERIA LH-PL employs a double-coated photosensitive layer, which delivers enhanced run lengths compared with other no-bake CTP plates.

SUPERIA Ecomaxx-T

SUPERIA Ecomaxx-T

The SUPERIA Ecomaxx-T is a true no-process plate and allows environmentally conscious printers the ability to use high quality thermal plates without processing chemicals. Sustainability is not only a key issue for printers today, but it’s also one for Fujifilm who has dedicated years of R&D efforts to removing the processing stage from the print production workflow – the result is a true no-process plate with extremely high quality print characteristics.

No processing means the elimination of processing chemicals and the associated costs, saving the customer significant time and money – all without compromise in quality. Compatible with most thermal platesetters, Fujifilm’s SUPERIA Ecomaxx-T is a non-ablative plate that carries a latent image with distinct contrast, allowing for simple inspection after imaging.

MultiGrain technology provides unsurpassed ink and water balance and savings on press. Supporting run lengths of up to 100,000 impressions, the Ecomaxx-T will comfortably meet the demands of most commercial printers while minimizing impact on our environment.

The newest in a long line of Fujifilm quality plates. The LH-NI3 is a long run negative working thermal plate. It also uses the Intertech Award winning FLH-Z processor for superior stability.

High-quality, positive working thermal plate for long press run

Fujifilm's positive thermal digital plate LH-PSE is a superb long run plate that does not require pre-heating. This plate is post bakeble and is suitable for UV printing. The LH-PSE plate has enhanced handling characteristics minimizing plate spoilage.

Superia ZD Thermal Plates

Superia ZD

Superia ZD is a new addition to the Fujifilm processless plate portfolio for the commercial market, produced in Greenwood, SC. Fujifilm’s key performance feature improvement for Superia ZD is the ability to print UV ink conditions and also provide improved run length in non-UV ink environments. Both products are proven winners and provide solid, viable portfolio options.

The ZD plates are made with Fujifilm’s proprietary multigrain technology, applying a complex grain structure, consisting of primary grains, honeycomb grains and micropores, to an aluminum support. This MultiGrain structure produces a synergistic effect that results in outstanding printing efficiency.
