The “Use and Return Cartridge Collection” program is aimed to reduce carbon waste and environmental impact by recycling used cartridges.

Steps to participate in the Program

Step 1: Insert the used cartridge in the recycling bag provided in the packaging from the new cartridge and seal it.

Step 2: Place the sealed recycling bag into the empty box of the new cartridge.

Step 3: Send the box containing the empty cartridge to the designated location in each country.

* Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Printer & Supplies End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read before opening the Printer Package:

Once you have opened the printer package, installed the printing device software, or used the products within, you confirmed your acceptance of these contract terms:

This printer is designed to work only with genuine manufacturer supplies and you agree to only use genuine manufacturer supplies with this printer.

The installed supplies inside the printer are subject to a restriction that they are to be used only once and be returned to the original manufacturer for remanufacturing or recycling.

Supplies without this single-use term are available through the original manufacturer and may be remanufactured by you, or a third-party, as the only supplies alternatives to be used with the printer.

Please read before opening the Supplies Package:

By opening this package, you accept these contract terms.

The supplies inside: (1) are sold at a special price contingent upon your agreement to use the supplies only once and return the supplies only to the original manufacturer for remanufacturing or recycling after using them; and (2) will stop working after reaching end of the rated life established by the original manufacturer (a variable amount of toner may remain when replacement is required).

Supplies without this single-use term are available through the original manufacturer.

If you do not accept these terms, please return the unopened supplies to the point of purchase.
