Except as expressly provided for in this agreement, any person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of the Terms.

These Terms of Use can be modified at any time by the Company, and you agree to continue to be bound by the Terms of Use as modified. We will give you notice of these changes by publishing revised Terms of Use on the Website - we will not separately notify you of these changes.

The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms of Use.
